Jenna is a photographic artist based on Noongar Boodja Country, renowned for her ability to capture the subtle beauty and fleeting moments of everyday life. With a deep reverence for the human experience, her work is particularly inspired by the journey of motherhood, reflecting a profound sensitivity to the nuances of early parenthood and family bonds.
Jenna’s passion for photography was cultivated during her adolescence in Whadjuk Country, where she found solace and self-discovery through visual storytelling. Growing up amid a broken home and frequent relocations, photography became a means of preserving the ever-changing landscapes of her life while deepening her artistic perspective.
Holding a Diploma of Photo-Imaging (Photography) from CIT, Jenna has dedicated her career to creating imagery that is both evocative and timeless. Her personal experiences, including her own transition into motherhood and a lived understanding of neurodivergence, inform her artistic approach, adding depth and authenticity to her work.
Through her lens, Jenna seeks to honour the raw, unfiltered beauty of mundane motherhood, inviting viewers into a world of intimate and meaningful storytelling.

As a mother of two and an experienced lifestyle photographer with over 15 years in the field, my dedication lies in capturing the true essence of motherhood. This commitment extends beyond my professional work to encompass my personal journey as a mother.
Adding another layer to the fabric of my life's adventures, I embarked on a nomadic lifestyle spanning over two years. During this time, I traversed diverse landscapes and immersed myself in various communities, all the while refining my photography skills and deepening my appreciation for the universal bonds of the mother.

In 2021 I shared my vulnerable birth stories of both my daughter and son with Skye from Positive Births Australia. While it was an awkward start having to re-record what we had just discussed for 10 minutes, I slowly softened and really opened up to share our feelings of trust, despair and full surrender when birthing our spirit baby.
